The Four Seasons Property Owners' Association is located in Merrimack, NH on the shore of Baboosic Lake, a 1.5 mile long, 222 acre lake located in Amherst and Merrimack. Four Seasons is made up of 89 owners who share the beachfront property (photo above) which is the focus of this association.  Membership is deeded and limited to the home owners living within the association.

The goal of the Four Seasons association is to "maintain, improve and add to the common facilities".  In addition, the association maintains an active social calendar which brings the membership together for fun and relaxation.  It is this aspect which makes this a true "neighborhood" with plenty of socializing opportunities for those who participate.

The Four Seasons Property Owners Association is a member of, and supports the Baboosic Lake Association in its efforts to maintain the quality and beauty of our lake.
